Welcome to Sundays at Point Hope Presbyterian Church! We understand that trying out a new church can be overwhelming, which is why we have included the following information to help you know what to expect when you walk through our doors.
WORSHIP
Our Sunday morning worship service is the primary gathering for Point Hope. Regular worship is vital to the life of a follower of Christ, and is also a good introduction for someone who is curious about the claims of Christianity.
Our worship acknowledges that God is both transcendent (holy and majestic) and immanent (near and present). We follow a thoughtful and connected rhythm in our service, called our liturgy that reflects the progress of the gospel in our hearts. The aim of our service is to bring glory to God, help Christians grow in their faith, and enable those who are searching to gain a better understanding of the gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ.
NURSERY
We provide a nursery for ages 0-3 years old. Your child’s safety and security are our highest priorities! Our children’s ministry is staffed by friendly, well-trained, well-screened workers. When you arrive, please enter through the main doors to find the Children’s Check-in table. There you can register and check your child into our nursery.
