OUR VISION (where we are going)
We long to see a movement of transformed lives and gospel-centered communities multiplying throughout Charleston and beyond—where individuals, families, and institutions are renewed by the gospel of Christ, and the church flourishes as a vibrant, Spirit-empowered people living for God's glory and the good of the world.
OUR MISSION (how we get there)
We exist to glorify God by advancing His Kingdom in Charleston, renewing lives through the transforming power of the gospel, and living out God’s mission together.
OUR PURPOSE (the heart of our ministry)
To reach people for Christ and equip them to serve Him.
Our church exists to be the body of Christ on Daniel Island and the Cainhoy Peninsula. By focusing on our community, we strive to meet and engage those who live and work here with the good news of Jesus, as well as to pray for this particular part of Charleston.
We desire that people who have little to no church background will find our worship services respectful of them and engaged with the real world, while those from churched backgrounds will also find our services reverent, substantive and beneficial.
Identified as a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), we experience accountability at both a regional level (presbytery) and a national level (general assembly).
Though the processes of learning and growing are lifelong, we are rooted in our beliefs, not only through the ancient creeds, but also through our doctrinal commitment to the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms.
